The situation

directSMS sells bulk SMS services — a commodity product in a market where every provider looks more or less the same online. They were spending on Google Ads but the leads weren’t great and the conversion rate was lower than it needed to be.

What I did

I went through the full path from ad click to enquiry and fixed what wasn’t working. Restructured Google Ads around higher-intent keywords. Redesigned the website to communicate value faster and remove friction. Tightened the conversion path so people didn’t drop off before enquiring.
